Explicit consent and a privacy notice are separate
Explicit consent is a freely given, informed agreement concerning a specific matter. Our Privacy Policy / KVKK explains how data is processed. Reading a privacy notice, visiting the website or clicking a link is not a general declaration of explicit consent.
On the current website
This corporate website does not collect general data processing consent or consent for advertising and analytics cookies. Product, technical support and TDS/SDS requests are assessed under the processing conditions explained in the privacy notice.
Making an enquiry does not mean that you agree to receive marketing messages. This page is not a consent form and does not itself establish consent for any processing activity.
When an activity requires consent
Before the activity takes place, the personal data involved, the specific purpose and the parties processing it should be explained. The choice should be separate and optional. Separate choices should be provided for different purposes. A preselected checkbox or a general “I agree to all processing” declaration should not be used.
An easy way to withdraw consent should be provided. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out before the withdrawal.
